Job Description
Position:
Accounts Receivable & Payable Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and payable transactions.
Process vendor invoices and customer payments accurately.
Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and bank statements.
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Prepare payment schedules and maintain financial records.
Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment-related queries.
Eligibility:
MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com
CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates are preferred.
4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Payable functions.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles
Tally ERP / Accounting Software
MS Excel & Financial Reporting
Account Reconciliation
Attention to Detail
Communication & Coordination Skills
