Job Description
The Agency Partner is a core entrepreneurial leadership role responsible for building, developing, and managing a high-performing team of independent Financial Advisors and strategic partners (VIP Codes). You will act as a business mentor and sales coach—driving business growth by recruiting top talent, training them to market financial products, and actively participating in joint field work to meet your goals .
Position Summary
The Agency Partner is a core entrepreneurial leadership role responsible for building, developing, and managing a high-performing team of independent Financial Advisors and strategic partners (VIP Codes). You will act as a business mentor and sales coach—driving business growth by recruiting top talent, training them to market financial products, and actively participating in joint field work to meet regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Team Building (Recruitment)
Recruit Financial Advisors: Prospect, interview, and onboard independent Financial Advisors/Agents from diverse backgrounds (entrepreneurs, retired professionals, homemakers, sales professionals).
Onboard VIP Codes: Identify and tie up with high-potential individuals, strategic connectors, or entities capable of operating under "VIP Codes" to drive bulk or high-value financial business.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a continuous pipeline of prospective advisors to ensure steady team expansion and replace inactive agents.
2. Training, Support & Team Development
Licensing & Certification: Guide recruits through necessary regulatory licensing, compliance training, and mandatory examinations.
Product & Sales Training: Conduct regular workshops on financial products (insurance, mutual funds, wealth management tools), objection handling, and closing techniques.
Joint Field Work: Go on initial sales calls with new advisors to provide on-the-ground coaching, build their confidence, and demonstrate effective sales closures.
Activity Management: Track the daily and weekly sales activities of the team, ensuring they maintain a healthy client prospecting funnel.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
Goal Setting: Align team targets with corporate business goals, breaking down annual targets into monthly and weekly milestones for individual advisors.
Direct Sales Involvement: Intervene directly to help advisors close complex, high-net-worth (HNW), or large-ticket corporate cases.
Business Retention: Ensure the quality of business sourced by the team remains high, keeping a close eye on product persistence and low cancellation rates.
4. Compliance & Administration
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all advisors strictly adhere to financial regulations, ethical selling practices, and company compliance guidelines.
Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with the team to analyze gaps and strategize on lagging performance metrics.

Requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience 3–5 years of experience in Sales, ideally within Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services. Prior experience in agency management or recruiting agents is a massive plus.
Core Skills Powerful recruiting and networking capability, team leadership, motivational speaking, and deep financial product knowledge.
Mindset Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and patient enough to mentor beginners into top earners.
Experience 3–5 years of experience in Sales, ideally within Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services. Prior experience in agency management or recruiting agents is a massive plus.
