Job Description
Hearing Assessment & Diagnosis – Comprehensive evaluation of hearing ability using advanced diagnostic techniques.
Hearing Aid Management – Hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, maintenance, and follow-up care.
Vestibular (Balance) Disorder Evaluation – Assessment and management of balance disorders, dizziness, and vertigo.
Speech & Language Evaluation – Assessment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Therapeutic Interventions – Personalized therapy for speech, language, hearing, voice, and balance-related conditions.
Patient Education & Support – Counseling, rehabilitation guidance, and ongoing support for patients and their families.

Strong knowledge of hearing assessments, speech and language evaluations, and rehabilitation techniques.
Experience in hearing aid fitting, programming, and troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and manage vestibular (balance) disorders.
Excellent communication, counseling, and patient management skills.
Proficiency in audiological diagnostic equipment and speech therapy techniques.
Good documentation and report-writing skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Experience in hearing aid fitting, programming, and troubleshooting.
