Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) across sales and service
Handle complaints and escalations with quick, fair resolution
Manage online reviews and sustain our top Google rating
Run post-sale/service follow-ups, loyalty touchpoints, and referral programs
Coordinate between sales and service teams to close experience gaps
Report customer-experience insights and trends to management
Requirements:
Strong communication in Telugu (English/Hindi a plus) and high empathy
Calm, solution-oriented approach to customer issues
Comfortable with CRM/DMS tools and dashboards
Prior experience in customer relationship, front-office, or CSI roles preferred
