Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Science Trainer with 5+ years of industry and/or training experience to deliver high-quality training programs in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor learners through hands-on, project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
Develop and update course materials, presentations, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises.
Conduct both classroom and online training sessions for students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
Mentor learners on capstone projects and real-world case studies.
Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and mock interviews.
Guide students in portfolio building, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Analytics.
Collaborate with curriculum and placement teams to align training with industry requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the learning journey.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of MLOps concepts and deployment.
Experience in mentoring hackathons or capstone projects.
Industry certifications in Data Science, AI, Cloud, or Analytics are an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
Soft Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or technical training.
Experience delivering training to college students, fresh graduates, or corporate professionals is preferred.
