Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to support dentists during patient examinations and treatments. The ideal candidate will assist with clinical procedures, maintain sterilization standards, prepare dental instruments, and ensure a comfortable experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and dental surgeries.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms before and after procedures.
Welcome patients, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
Prepare patients for treatment by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
Assist in taking dental X-rays (if certified and permitted).
Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols.
Manage dental supplies and ensure adequate inventory.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care as instructed by the dentist.
Handle patient inquiries professionally and coordinate follow-up appointments.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare safety standards.
