Duty Officer – Job Description (Short)
Position: Duty Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and coordinate Service Associates during shifts.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
Ensure SOP, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards are followed.
Manage shift reports, cash handling, and operational compliance.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or entertainment.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
