Job Title: Fashion Merchandiser
Department: Merchandising (Menswear)
Location: Enikepadu, Vijayawada
Reports To: Merchandising Manager
Job Summary:
The Fashion Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating between buyers,
production, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products. The role
involves planning, follow-ups, and managing the entire order lifecycle in the garment
manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end merchandising activities from order confirmation to final dispatch
Coordinate with buyers, production team, and vendors for smooth execution of orders
Follow up on sampling, approvals, and production status
Ensure timely delivery of orders as per schedule
Monitor product quality and compliance with buyer requirements
Prepare reports, maintain order sheets, and update MIS regularly
Manage fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories coordination
Resolve production and supply chain issues proactively
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, or related field
1–3 years of experience in garment manufacturing/merchandising (freshers with knowledge can
also apply)
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Basic understanding of fabrics, production processes, and garment construction
Skills Required:
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Daily follow up to Factories production
In Factory work Experience preferable
Salary:
₹20000 to 35,000/- basing on Experiance
Other Details:
Immediate joiners preferred , Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements:
