Job Title: Fresher US IT Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (In-office)
Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Fresher to join our US Recruitment team. In this role, you will learn to find, screen, and hire IT professionals for top companies in the United States. No prior experience is needed; we will provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
• Source Talent: Search for tech candidates using job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.Cold Calling: Call IT professionals in the US to discuss open job opportunities.Screen Candidates: Conduct initial phone interviews to check communication skills and technical basics.Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.Build Pipelines: Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Any Bachelor's degree Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Flexibility: Must be 100% comfortable working permanent night shifts.Skills: Good computer skills, quick internet research abilities, and a high-energy attitude.Knowledge (Plus point): Basic understanding of US geography or IT terms is a bonus but not mandatory.
