Graduate Apprentice Developer – Front-End (.NET) & Back-End

Job Objective

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Graduate Apprentice Developers. During the 3-month apprenticeship, candidates will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience by working on live software development projects. Successful candidates may be offered the role of Associate Software Developer based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
Develop server-side components and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Participate in code reviews and Agile development activities.
Learn and implement software development best practices.
Support application testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Front-End

HTML5

Bootstrap
Basic knowledge of React, Angular, or Blazor (preferred)

Back-End

C#
ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC
.NET Framework / .NET Core fundamentals
REST API development
Entity Framework (basic knowledge)

Microsoft SQL Server
Basic SQL queries, Joins, Stored Procedures

Tools

Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
Git/GitHub
Postman
Basic understanding of Azure DevOps or CI/CD (preferred)

Desired Skills

Strong problem-solving and logical thinking.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE), MCA, or BCA graduates (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-outs).
Minimum 60% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA).
No active backlogs.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Passion for software development and willingness to learn.
