Job Description
Job Objective:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as 'Graduate Apprentice Developers'. This unique opportunity offers hands-on training on real-time projects for a duration of 3 months. During the apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive mentorship and guidance to develop your skills and kick-start your career in software development. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be promoted to the role of 'Associate Software Developer'.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete a comprehensive curriculum on full-stack development through a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) provided by the company.
2. Gain a solid understanding of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular).
3. Learn back-end development concepts and languages relevant to the company's projects (e.g., Python, Java, React).
4. Work on real-time software development projects alongside senior developers.
5. Collaborate with senior developers to define project scope, break down tasks, and develop implementation strategies.
6. Preparation for the assessment test which needs to be written after completion of the Apprentice period.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python and one any Front end technology
- Fundamental skills in web development technologies.
- Previous internship or project experience in software development is a plus.
Compensation:
The First month comes under unpaid period, as company have to observe the candidate's performance. From second month onwards the candidates will receive a monthly stipend of 13,000 INR during the apprentice period. Upon promotion to the role of Associate Software Developer, they will be offered a competitive salary ranging from 2,50,000 INR to 3,50,000 INR annually, based on their performance and contributions to the team.
Note: After completion of the Apprentice period, the candidates have to clear the assessment test, then only they will be converted as Associate Software Developer.

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
