About the Role
Savidha Digital is looking for a highly organized and responsible HR & Operations Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, human resources, compliance, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and process-driven execution while ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
Candidates with a Law (LLB/LLM) qualification or legal experience will be given strong preference due to the documentation and compliance responsibilities involved.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and performance review processes.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Operations Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations across departments.
Track project progress and task completion.
Coordinate with team leads to monitor productivity and deadlines.
Prepare operational reports and management dashboards.
Improve internal workflows and implement process efficiencies.
Ensure accountability through regular follow-ups and reviews.
Documentation & Administration
Draft and maintain company agreements, contracts, NDAs, appointment letters, offer letters, and other legal documents.
Maintain statutory records and company documentation.
Organize digital and physical document repositories.
Prepare meeting minutes, internal notices, and official communications.
Coordinate administrative activities and vendor documentation.
Legal & Compliance
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents and contracts.
Coordinate with external legal consultants whenever required.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company regulations.
Maintain compliance records and statutory documentation.
Assist management in handling legal correspondence and documentation.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Identify hiring requirements with department heads.
Source candidates through multiple recruitment platforms.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2–5 years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or Legal Documentation.
Experience in recruitment and employee management is an added advantage.
