The Incentive Programme Coordinator will drive awareness, enrollment, and successful implementation of the PM Surya Ghar Scheme, ensuring maximum participation from households and vendors. This role focuses on managing incentive structures, vendor relations, and customer engagement to accelerate adoption of solar rooftop solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Programme ManagementOversee the rollout of incentive benefits under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme, ensuring compliance with government guidelines.
Vendor CoordinationLiaise with approved vendors, track installations, and verify incentive eligibility.
Customer OutreachEducate households on scheme benefits, EMI options, and incentive structures through campaigns, workshops, and digital platforms.
Financial OversightMonitor disbursement of incentives, maintain transparent records, and support households with subsidy claims.
Reporting & CompliancePrepare monthly progress reports, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to scheme policies.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Energy Management.
Experience in renewable energy programmes or government incentive schemes preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage financial documentation and compliance processes.
