Job Description
Job Title: Installation Manager
Location: Vijayawada
Experience: 5+ years’ experience in solar installation

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and leading all solar technicians across the state, ensuring high-quality installation, maintenance, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all technicians and installation teams across the state
Ensure quality installation and commissioning of solar projects (residential & C&I)
Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical issues/escalations
Plan manpower allocation and optimize team productivity
Conduct technical training and skill development for technicians
Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs
Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams for smooth execution
Oversee maintenance/service activities and ensure system uptime
Requirements:
B.Tech in Electrical / EEE or related field
Strong experience in handling multiple teams and sites
Good technical knowledge of solar systems and troubleshooting
Skills Required:
Leadership and team management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Planning and coordination abilities
Good communication skills
Compensation:
As per company standards
Travel allowance
Additional:
Willingness to travel across the state
