Job Description
We're hiring an Insurance Renewal Executive to drive policy renewals for our Royal Enfield customers.
Responsibilities:
Follow up on policies due for renewal; convert renewals in-house before expiry
Generate quotes, compare insurers, and explain add-ons (zero-dep, RSA, etc.)
Recover lapsed policies and win back customers
Collect premium, ensure same-day policy issuance, and reconcile daily collections
Support new-vehicle insurance and cross-sell relevant add-ons
Submit daily renewal-due vs. renewed reports
Requirements:
Good communication in Telugu (English/Hindi a plus) with strong follow-up discipline
Basic knowledge of motor insurance (IDV, NCB, add-ons) preferred
Comfortable with insurer portals and DMS tools
Target-driven and detail-oriented
