Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
Assist in carrying out batch manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and production schedules.
Support charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and packing operations under the guidance of supervisors.
Ensure proper identification, status labeling, and handling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Follow line clearance procedures before commencement of manufacturing activities.
Perform cleaning of equipment, production areas, and accessories as per approved SOPs.
Documentation & Compliance
Record production activities accurately, legibly, and in real time in BMRs, logbooks, and other GMP documents.
Comply with Data Integrity (ALCOA+) principles during all documentation activities.
Report any deviations, abnormalities, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediately to the reporting supervisor.
Participate in GMP, SOP, and compliance training programs.
Safety & Environment
Strictly adhere to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures.
Use prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Handle chemicals, solvents, and hazardous materials safely according to SOPs and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Support safe waste segregation and disposal practices.
Participate in emergency response drills and safety initiatives.
Equipment & Utilities
Assist in operation of production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, dryers, mills, sifters, and related process equipment.
Perform routine equipment checks before and after operation.
Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S and GMP requirements.
Follow "Right First Time" manufacturing practices to minimize deviations and rework.
Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cooperate during internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Requirements
BSc in chemistry, BSc, Bcom, BA& Intermediate (MPC,BIPC)
