Loan Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Loan Officer to assist clients in applying for loans and guide them through the lending process. The ideal candidate will evaluate customer eligibility, explain loan products, collect required documentation, and ensure timely processing of loan applications while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Generate new loan leads through referrals, field visits, telecalling, and other marketing activities.
Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Assess applicants' financial information and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with credit, verification, and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.
Achieve monthly loan disbursement and business targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
