UNO Minda is hiring Machine Operators and Quality Associates for its manufacturing facility in Hosur. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating production machines, inspecting manufactured components, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production operations in a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing machines safely and efficiently.
Perform routine machine setup and basic troubleshooting.
Inspect products for quality defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
Record production and quality data accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Meet daily production and quality targets.
Report machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
Work in rotational shifts as per company requirements.

10th Pass / 12th Pass
ITI (Any Relevant Trade)
Diploma (Any Stream)
Eligibility
Age: 18–30 Years
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Physically fit and ready to work in rotational shifts.
Basic understanding of production and quality processes is an added advantage.
