Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives, increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, oversee the marketing team, and analyze performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop branding, promotional, and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with sales, design, and content teams to generate quality leads and improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize campaign ROI.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
Build relationships with media agencies, vendors, and business partners.
Organize promotional events, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
