We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Nurse Assistant to support nurses and healthcare professionals in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily activities, monitor their basic health conditions, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Help nurses with routine patient care and medical procedures.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
Assist in transferring patients safely between beds, wheelchairs, and examination rooms.
Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Change bed linens and assist with housekeeping duties related to patient care.
Report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff promptly.
Prepare and organize medical equipment and patient rooms.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and safety protocols.
