Kiran Designer Studios is seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to assist shoppers with fabric selection, cloth-cutting guidance, and readymade garment recommendations, ensuring a smooth and satisfying in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly, understand their clothing preferences, and guide them through fabric and design choices.
• Show and explain unstitched cloth materials, including print, texture, and quality details, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Assist with cloth cutting as per customer requirements (blouse pieces, shirt lengths, salwar sets, etc.), ensuring accurate measurements and minimal wastage.
• Present and explain the features, fit, and styling of readymade garments (shirts, kurtas, sarees, ethnic wear) to suit customer needs.
• Maintain proper display and merchandising of both readymade and unstitched clothing sections in the showroom.
• Handle billing, point-of-sale transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory checks, and coordinate with the tailoring section for custom cutting orders.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally to ensure repeat business.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor pricing.

Education Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred
Experience 1-3 years in apparel/textile retail sales preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
Language Skills Telugu and Hindi/English communication; regional language fluency preferred
Technical Skills Basic knowledge of fabric types, garment cutting measurements, and POS billing systems
Soft Skills Pleasant personality, patience, strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Work Schedule Willing to work weekends, holidays, and festival-season shifts
