Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote ongoing offers, exchange programs, EMI options, and extended warranty plans.
Cross-sell and upsell mobile accessories such as chargers, earphones, smartwatches, and phone cases.
Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier for smooth transactions.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
Manage inventory, stock availability, and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Stay updated with the latest smartphone models, features, and market trends.
