Team Leader – Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor field activities and provide on-the-job coaching.
Visit dealers and sub-dealers regularly to improve sales.
Generate leads and convert them into retail sales.
Assist customers with product information, finance, and documentation.
Ensure test drives and customer follow-ups are conducted.
Track team performance and submit daily sales reports.
Coordinate with finance, service, and logistics teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Resolve dealer and customer issues promptly.
Organize local marketing activities, roadshows, and village campaigns.
Train new sales executives on products and sales processes.
Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with management.
