Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused and technically skilled Service Advisors to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving customer vehicles, understanding service requirements, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery with excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements.
Inspect vehicles and prepare job cards with accurate service details.
Explain repair estimates, service timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed about service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
Conduct final vehicle inspections before delivery.
Ensure accurate billing and explain completed work to customers.
Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain service records, job cards, and customer information.
Promote preventive maintenance and value-added services.
