Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Assistants to provide exceptional guest service at PVR Cinemas. The ideal candidate will assist customers with ticketing, food and beverage service, seating, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring a memorable cinema experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Guide guests to their screens and seats.
Assist with ticket verification and entry management.
Serve food and beverages at concession counters.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in auditoriums, lobby areas, and food counters.
Refill stock and ensure concession counters are well-organized.
Process customer orders and payments using the POS system.
Follow company policies related to customer service, hygiene, and safety.
Support team members during peak hours and special events.
