Job Role: SMT – Production Trainee
Position: Production Trainee – SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
Job Description
The Production Trainee will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment by operating production equipment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining quality standards, and achieving daily production targets while ensuring safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor SMT production machines and equipment.
Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines during production.
Perform machine loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or abnormalities.
Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area (5S).
Support line supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts when required.
Follow all company policies and maintain discipline at the workplace.
