Job Description
Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Andhra Pradesh
Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / ECE
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in solar O&M

Role Summary:
Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of solar power systems (residential, commercial & industrial) to ensure optimal system efficiency and uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar systems
Diagnose and resolve issues related to modules, inverters, and electrical components
Monitor system performance and identify efficiency improvements
Attend service calls and ensure timely issue resolution
Coordinate with installation and technical teams for major repairs
Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements
Knowledge of inverters, panels, and electrical systems
Basic understanding of monitoring systems and fault analysis
Willingness to travel to sites
Skills Required:
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently in field conditions
Compensation:
As per company standards
Travel allowance + daily allowance
Additional:
Two-wheeler preferred
Local language proficiency required
