About the Role
Arkazen Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join as Solar Technician Trainees. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in renewable energy and wish to build a career in the rapidly growing solar industry. Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training in solar panel installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of solar panels and related equipment.
Support senior technicians during site inspections and project execution.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of solar systems.
Help identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Ensure safety standards are followed at project sites.
Assist in testing and commissioning solar power systems.
Maintain records of installation and service activities.
Learn and follow company procedures and technical guidelines.
Eligibility
ITI / Diploma / Intermediate / Any Graduate
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required.
