Key Responsibilities

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and process customer orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely product delivery.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Stay updated on new furniture collections, designs, and industry trends.
