Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operational activities and ensure work is completed efficiently.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance when required.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Maintain discipline, productivity, and quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements.
Resolve employee and customer concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Train and support new team members.
