Tamil Voice Process cum Sales Closer

Handle inbound and outbound calls with Tamil-speaking customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and follow-up.
Required Skills:

Fluent in Tamil (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of English or Telugu is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
Strong persuasion and customer service abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
