Requirements
Identify and connect with prospective customers through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
● Understand customers’ financial goals, protection needs, and risk profile.
● Recommend suitable life and general insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
● Explain product features, benefits, premiums, policy terms, and claim procedures.
● Assist customers with documentation, policy applications, renewals, and after-sales service.
● Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
● Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
● Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
● Participate in training programs, meetings, and business development initiatives.
● Maintain high ethical standards and ensure excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Graduate (as per eligibility criteria)
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated and customer-focused
● Basic smartphone and digital application knowledge
● Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
● Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
