Technician

KOPAQ Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and technically skilled Technicians to support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IoT devices and IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking, hardware, and electrical systems, along with a willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Key Responsibilities
-Install, configure, and maintain IoT devices and IT equipment.
-Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and networking issues.
-Visit client sites for installation, service, and technical support.
-Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
-Assist in testing and commissioning of IoT solutions.
-Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project completion.
-Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
-Follow company safety and quality standards during field operations.

-ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
-0–2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support (Freshers are welcome to apply).
-Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and electrical wiring.
-Familiarity with IoT devices, CCTV, biometric systems, or access control systems is an added advantage.
-Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently.
-Willingness to travel for field installations and service visits.
-Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
