Technician – Job Description (Short)
Position: Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and cinema equipment.
Monitor DG, UPS, lighting, and utility systems.
Attend maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain maintenance logs and follow safety procedures.
Support smooth day-to-day facility operations.
Eligibility:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical.
Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems.
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Good troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
