Position: Telecaller
Location: Vijayawada
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
Provide information about courses, programs, and services.
Generate leads and maintain a database of inquiries.
Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counseling sessions.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
Intermediate / Any Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
