Position Overview

The Junior MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing warehouse reports to support daily operations. The role involves collecting data from warehouse activities, ensuring data accuracy, generating MIS reports, and providing timely information to management for operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
Generate reports related to inward, outward, dispatch, inventory, returns, and stock movement.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse productivity and operational performance.
Ensure timely submission of reports to management.
2. Data Management
Collect, verify, and update operational data from various warehouse departments.
Maintain data accuracy and consistency in Excel, ERP, or WMS.
Identify discrepancies in reports and coordinate with the respective teams for corrections.
Archive and maintain historical MIS records.
3. Warehouse Operations Support
Monitor order processing, picking, packing, scanning, dispatch, and inventory activities.
Prepare reports on order status, pending dispatches, stock aging, and inventory reconciliation.
Track daily manpower productivity and attendance reports.
Support warehouse supervisors with operational data and performance analysis.
4. Inventory & Stock Reporting
Generate inventory stock reports and stock movement analysis.
Assist in cycle count and physical stock verification.
Report stock shortages, excess inventory, and damaged stock.
Maintain inventory accuracy reports.
5. Performance Analysis
Analyze warehouse KPIs and operational performance.
Prepare dashboards for productivity, dispatch efficiency, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
Highlight trends and provide insights for process improvements.
6. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain warehouse documentation and operational records.
Ensure proper filing of reports and supporting documents.
Follow company SOPs and data confidentiality standards.
7. Coordination
Coordinate with Warehouse Inward, Outward, Inventory, Dispatch, and E-commerce teams.
Provide management with accurate reports for business reviews.
Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary data.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in MIS, Warehouse Operations, Data Management, or Inventory Reporting.
Freshers with strong Microsoft Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting)
Basic knowledge of ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good understanding of warehouse operations
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Knowledge
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent)
Power BI or Google Sheets (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage
